Security & Sovereignty

Q. What is the SenonMed Bastion?

The Bastion is our proprietary local vault. It uses hardware-bound encryption to secure your patient database and secrets directly on your workstation. This ensures that even if you're using our cloud sync, your raw medical records remain local to your practice.

Q. What happens if my workstation is lost?

Your data remains safe. The Bastion vault is locked to your hardware fingerprints. You can immediately revoke the lost device through our Emergency Portal, allowing you to migrate your practice seat to a new machine in minutes.

Q. Do you have access to my patient data?

No. SenonMed is built on a zero-knowledge architecture. All records are encrypted with keys that only you control. We provide the infrastructure for your practice, but we have zero visibility into your clinical data.

Intelligence & Performance

Q. What is M-Core?

M-Core is our proprietary clinical engine. It allows the workstation to run advanced Sage AI models and complex diagnostic tools locally on your hardware. This eliminates network latency and ensures patient privacy by processing data within your own clinic.

Q. How does Sage AI differ across plans?

Sage 1.0 (Lite) handles clinical chat and drug checks. Sage Halo 1.0 (Pro) adds advanced image analysis. Sage Unicron 1.0 (Ultra) is our most powerful tier, adding real-time video analysis and priority processing.

Q. Is it really 0ms latency?

Yes. Because SenonMed is a native desktop application powered by M-Core, the interface and clinical tools respond at the speed of your hardware, not your internet connection.

Practice Transition

Q. How do I move from a cloud EMR to SenonMed?

We provide professional migration tools. Our Ultra tier includes white-glove support for migrating large clinical databases, ensuring your historical patient records are securely imported into your new Bastion vault.

Q. What hardware do I need?

SenonMed is designed for efficiency. While the core OS is ultra-lightweight, we recommend a modern processor (i5/M1 or better) and 16GB of RAM to ensure the M-Core engine can run local AI models at peak performance.

Q. How does sync work if I'm offline?

The workstation is offline-native. You can perform all clinical tasks without an internet connection. M-Core queues your updates locally and synchronizes them securely once you're back online.
